Monaco CEO Expresses Frustration Over Pogba's Situation
Monaco CEO Thiago Scuro expressed his frustration on Wednesday regarding the ongoing injury problems faced by Paul Pogba since the player joined the club last summer as a free agent.
The 32-year-old Pogba returned to football after an 18-month suspension for doping but has only played 30 minutes across three Ligue 1 matches.
Scuro stated, “It’s clear that the program designed for Paul is not progressing as we initially expected. We are working hard to find solutions for him. Personally, he is upset. The plan is constantly changing according to the situations we face.”
The CEO added, “Some minor injuries in different parts of his body are posing challenges to the process. We continue to work to try and achieve what we agreed upon in the summer when he arrived. This is our commitment.”
