Trezeguet (Egypt Player): "We Reached AFCON Final Twice Without Winning, Working Hard for Victory This Time"
Egypt national team player Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet affirmed his team's readiness to face Senegal in the Africa Cup of Nations semi-finals, highlighting the strength of their opponent and their possession of numerous key players and tactical options.
Speaking to "cafonline," Trezeguet stated: "Of course, the Senegal national team is strong, and we have faced them in more than one match. They possess many key players and tactical options. However, we are also ready, we have many tactical options ourselves, and we include distinguished names, capable of deciding the match in our favor."
He added: "We all work as one team, and we have one goal: to win and qualify for the final. We have reached the final twice without winning the title, and we are working hard to achieve it in this tournament."
Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet concluded: "We know the strength of our opponents very well, but we believe in ourselves."
It is worth noting that the Egyptian national team will face their Senegalese counterparts this Wednesday, starting at 6:00 PM (GMT +1), at the Grand Stade de Tanger, as part of the continental tournament's semi-finals.
