Robert Lewandowski then restored Barcelona's lead in the 45+4th minute, but Gonzalo Garcia quickly leveled the score for Real Madrid in the 45+7th minute, ensuring the first half ended in a thrilling 2-2 draw.
After the break, both teams continued to exchange attacks until the impressive Raphinha scored Barcelona's winning goal in the 73rd minute. Frenkie de Jong, however, received a red card in the 90+1st minute.
This victory increases Barcelona's Spanish Super Cup titles to 16, making them the most decorated club in the competition's history. Real Madrid's tally remains at 13 titles.
