
Nigeria Returns to Fez, Begins Morocco Clash Preparations with Recovery Session
The Nigerian national team has returned to its base in Fez after securing a 2-0 victory over Algeria in their Africa Cup of Nations "Morocco 2025" quarter-final match, played yesterday, Saturday, at the Marrakech Grand Stadium.
The "Super Eagles" delegation traveled from Marrakech to Fez to commence preparations for their upcoming semi-final clash against the Moroccan national team.
Victor Osimhen and his teammates held a light training session at the Nigerian team's training center in Fez, focusing on recovery from fatigue. They are set to continue their work there before heading to Rabat.
Morocco will face Nigeria in the Africa Cup of Nations semi-finals next Wednesday at 21:00 GMT+1, with the match scheduled to take place at Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.
