Yacine Idriss Diallo, President of the Ivorian Football Federation, affirmed that Morocco has become an undisputed football hub on the African continent, thanks to its sports infrastructure that adheres to the highest international standards.

In an interview with the Moroccan News Agency (MAP), Yacine Idriss Diallo stated: "Thanks to the wise and visionary leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Morocco has successfully developed world-class football infrastructure and hospitality, gaining extensive experience and proven expertise in hosting and organizing major sporting events at both continental and even international levels."

He added: "Whenever the Confederation of African Football (CAF) needs to organize prominent events, Morocco is ready to host them and ensure all conditions for success, thanks to its stadiums, hotel facilities, road and sports infrastructure, among others." He also noted that, as part of African solidarity, the Kingdom readily opens its infrastructure free of charge to more than ten countries on the continent, whether for training camps or performance improvement.

Diallo continued: "With these remarkable achievements, Morocco occupies a pivotal position in the development of football at the continental level."

Regarding Morocco's preparations to host the Africa Cup of Nations, he said: "We are certain and confident that we will witness a high-quality Africa Cup of Nations, because Morocco is a hospitable country that loves to welcome guests and knows how to organize events; it is very developed in this field." He expressed his delight that his team would play in Morocco, a dream country beloved by all Ivorians.

Concerning the sporting resurgence in Morocco, he continued: "If all African countries can follow the Kingdom's path in its achievements and development, Africa will be world champion at every stage." He emphasized that the work accomplished under the reign of His Majesty the King is "enormous" and "tangible," making Morocco today a sporting nation par excellence.

He also stressed that Morocco currently holds an advantage over other African countries, adding: "Thanks to this edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, Morocco is already preparing to organize the World Cup." He noted that His Majesty the King's vision is clear and practical, and is clearly bearing fruit.

Regarding the significant role of the Mohammed VI Football Academy, Diallo stated: "This unprecedented infrastructure serves as an example of a successful strategy, and young talents continue their training and development at the academy."

He added: "This proves the validity of the choice and the vision, and over the coming generations, it will allow for a new generation capable of proudly wearing the national team jersey." He expressed his hope that Côte d'Ivoire would draw inspiration from Morocco's experience to establish a similar academy.
