Reports Dismiss PSG Interest in Ayoub Bouaddi, Lille Demands €100 Million for Sale
Media reports have refuted claims regarding French club Paris Saint-Germain's interest in signing Moroccan-origin midfielder Ayoub Bouaddi during the upcoming transfer window.
Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri, reporting for Sky Sport, stated that sources close to Bouaddi have denied any ongoing discussions between Paris Saint-Germain and the French Lille midfielder.
The same source also noted that the last club to make a serious approach for Bouaddi was Italian side AC Milan during the previous summer transfer window. At that time, officials from the Italian club inquired about Lille's stance on an offer of around €20 million. However, Olivier Létang, Lille's president, rejected the bid, deeming it insufficient.
According to Tavolieri, Lille's president had previously set a €100 million price tag for Bouaddi's departure. This valuation reportedly remains valid for the upcoming summer, as the French club has no intention of easily parting ways with its player.
