League Announces Second Division Suspension After Matchday 12, Resumption After AFCON Alongside First Division

The National Professional Football League has announced the suspension of the Professional League – Second Division "Inwi" competitions. This decision aims to allow the national team to participate in the Africa Cup of Nations, with a resumption date also set.

In a statement, the Professional League declared: "The National Professional Football League announces that its Second Division Professional League competitions will be suspended immediately after the conclusion of Matchday 12, scheduled for December 13, 14, and 15, 2025."

The statement further added: "Professional League competitions in both the First and Second Divisions will resume immediately following the conclusion of the 2025 Morocco Africa Cup of Nations."
