Globe Soccer Awards: Eliesse Ben Seghir Nominated for Best Young Player in the World

The organizing committee for the Globe Soccer Awards has announced the preliminary list of nominees for several individual awards for 2025. Among these is the Best Young Player award, which notably features young Moroccan star Eliesse Ben Seghir, who plays for German club Bayer Leverkusen.

The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in Dubai on December 28. Public voting has commenced worldwide and will remain open until November 27. This voting process will determine the players who qualify for the final shortlist before the ultimate winners are revealed.

Ben Seghir is competing against a selection of the world's most promising talents. These include Arda Güler and Dean Huijsen from Real Madrid, Désiré Doué and Warren Zaïre-Emery from Paris Saint-Germain, and Pau Cubarsí from Barcelona, among others.
