
Moroccan National Team Players, Including Boufal, Maama, and El Sibari, Arrive at Mohammed VI Complex Ahead of Final Squad Announcement
Moroccan national team players began arriving at the Mohammed VI Football Complex on Friday to join a training camp in preparation for the World Cup, ahead of the final squad selection.
A number of national team players arrived at the Maamoura complex on Monday in preparation for the start of the training camp. Among them were Youssef Belamri, Mohamed Chibi, Oussama Terghaline, Othman Maama, Soufiane Boufal, Yassine Jassim, Ayoub El Kaabi, Ismail Saibari, and Yasser Zabiri, with the rest of the "Atlas Lions" expected to join soon.
The Moroccan national team will hold a preparatory camp from May 22 to 26, aiming to test various players at the Mohammed VI Complex before announcing the final squad that will participate in the World Cup.
Wahbi had announced the preliminary squad of 28 players last Thursday, in preparation for the training camp. This camp serves as a prelude to selecting the names that will be included in the final list, which is scheduled to be announced on Tuesday, May 26.
