Ayoub Bouaddi Included in 100-Player Initial List for Golden Boy 2026 Award
Italian magazine “Tuttosport” has unveiled the initial ranking for its “Golden Boy – Top 100” list, featuring Europe's best young talents for 2026.
Young Moroccan international Ayoub Bouaddi, a player for French club Lille, made a notable appearance on the list, ranking sixth among the top ten players in the initial classification.
Spain's Lamine Yamal leads the ranking, though he is out of contention due to having previously won the award. France's Warren Zaïre-Emery stands out as one of the top candidates for the title after securing second place.
Bouaddi is considered one of the most prominent rising stars in the French league, consistently delivering strong performances for Lille, which has earned him significant recognition in this European ranking.
“Tuttosport” based its ranking of the nominated players on their performance and statistics throughout the season. The ultimate winner of the “Golden Boy” award will be determined by a vote at a later date.
