Guardiola on Future: "I Won't Announce Any Decision Here!"
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola opted not to discuss his future with the club following their loss of the Premier League title. This came after a 1-1 draw against Bournemouth, a result that ultimately secured the championship for Arsenal.
Speaking after the match about his future, Guardiola stated: "I have one year left on my contract with Manchester City."
He continued: "Based on the conversations I've had over many years, and from my experience, announcing any decision during the season is a very bad outcome, very bad."
Guardiola concluded: "The first person I have to talk to is the chairman of the club, because we agreed that at the end of the season we would sit down and talk. I won't announce any decision here, because I have to talk to the chairman, the players, and the technical staff."
