Al Ahly Interested in Signing Moroccan Ryan Mmaee to Bolster Attack
Reports have emerged indicating that Egyptian club Al Ahly is interested in signing Moroccan striker Ryan Mmaee, who currently plays for Omonia Nicosia, during the upcoming summer transfer window.
According to the Egyptian website "Btolat", Mmaee's name is being strongly considered within the Red Castle, as Al Ahly seeks to bolster its attacking options ahead of the transfer market. Initial contacts have reportedly been made between the two parties, with an official offer expected.
The Egyptian website, citing the player's agent, confirmed that Mmaee is currently focused on completing his season with his Cypriot club. He is not engaging in transfer details at present, despite taking Al Ahly's interest seriously, given their status as one of Africa's most prominent clubs.
The agent concluded by noting that Omonia's management might agree to the player's departure if a suitable financial offer is received. Mmaee's contract extends until June 2027, meaning any potential deal would require robust negotiations between the involved parties.
