USM Alger Refuses to Emerge from Dressing Room Despite CAF Decision to Proceed with Match

In a new development regarding the match between Olympique Safi and USM Alger, part of the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup semi-finals, officials from the Confederation of African Football (CAF) decided to proceed with the encounter after calm was restored to the pitch at El Massira Stadium in Safi.
