Ronaldo: "Brazil Always a World Cup Favorite"

Brazilian legend Ronaldo Nazário affirmed that the Brazil national team will always remain among the top contenders to win the World Cup, expressing great confidence in coach Carlo Ancelotti.

Ronaldo told the Brazilian Football Confederation: "I am sure that Ancelotti will help fine-tune the remaining small details before the World Cup."

He added: "We have amazing talent, a very distinguished coach, and the atmosphere within the national team is comfortable and healthy, which is extremely important before competing in any major tournament."

He continued: "Brazil will always remain a candidate to win the title, given its great history and the quality of its players, and the players must accept this role amidst the high expectations from Brazilian fans."

Ronaldo's statements came after his visit to the national team's training camp in the United States, where "A Seleção" is preparing to face Croatia in a friendly match, as part of their preparations for upcoming commitments.

It is worth noting that the Brazilian national team is in Group C of the 2026 World Cup, which includes the Moroccan national team, along with Scotland and Haiti.
