Al-Hilal has decided to hold a week-long preparatory training camp in Casablanca before traveling to Berkane to play the match. This camp aims to allow the players to acclimatize to the atmosphere and weather conditions in Morocco ahead of the game.
The Al-Hilal delegation departed from the Rwandan capital, Kigali, yesterday, Wednesday, heading to Accra, Ghana, before continuing their journey to Casablanca. The team is scheduled to arrive the day after tomorrow, Friday.
In a related development, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has assigned South African referee Tom Abongile to officiate the match between RS Berkane and Al-Hilal, scheduled for Saturday, March 14, as previously reported by "Al-Botola."
