Kalmar FF Announce Loan Signing of Defender Achraf Dari
Swedish club Kalmar FF has announced the signing of Moroccan defender Achraf Dari, 26, from Egyptian club Al Ahly. The deal is a loan agreement that will run until the summer break.
Following his move to the Swedish league, Dari stated: "It's good to be here. I am very excited to meet my new teammates and play in front of the fans. I know Kalmar has a beautiful history, and I will do my best to help the team. We hope that together we can achieve great things and get good results in the Swedish Allsvenskan."
Mats Winblad, Kalmar FF's Sporting Director, commented on the deal, saying: "We are thrilled to have reached an agreement with Al Ahly regarding Achraf. He has gained extensive experience, which is one of the aspects we were looking for. He is a very fast and athletic defender, also distinguished by his excellent aerial ability, both defensively and offensively. We eagerly look forward to seeing him in a Kalmar shirt."
Dari began his professional career with Wydad AC before gaining experience with several clubs, including French side Stade Brestois, Belgian club Charleroi, and most recently, Egyptian giants Al Ahly.
