Ludogorets Razgrad Signs Spanish Forward Alberto Salido in Deal Worth Nearly One Million Euros
Bulgarian club Ludogorets Razgrad has completed the signing of Spanish forward Alberto Salido from Beroe Stara Zagora for a fee close to one million euros. The agreement was finalized just four hours before the close of the transfer window in Bulgaria, strengthening the team with a player who has made a significant impact in the current domestic league season.
Salido scored ten goals and provided four assists for his former club in the Bulgarian top flight, attracting interest from major European and Bulgarian clubs, as previously reported by Spanish newspaper Marca. His agent, Tonin Fernandez, has reportedly monitored his career progression since his time in the Spanish third division and with Leganés' reserve team.
The Spanish forward will not be available to feature for Ludogorets in their upcoming Europa League match against Hungarian side Ferencváros. However, his official debut for the club is expected to come in domestic competitions in the coming rounds, following the club's success in securing the deal in the final moments of the transfer window to acquire one of the league's top scorers.
