Bono: "I Was Close to Playing for Bayern Munich, But They Procrastinated; I Don't Regret Accepting Al Hilal's Offer"
Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bono has revealed that he was close to joining Bayern Munich from Sevilla, but the Bavarian club's procrastination in finalizing the deal prevented the move. This led him to accept an offer from Saudi club Al Hilal, who were determined to secure his services without hesitation.
In an interview with the "EZZEQUIEL" channel on YouTube, Bono stated: "I was close to playing for Bayern Munich when I was on my way out of Sevilla."
He added: "I really thought it would happen, but they procrastinated a lot, and I had to make a decision."
He concluded by explaining: "Then Al Hilal's offer came. Honestly, I don't regret it (accepting their offer) because they take good care of me here."
