Amin Benhachem, coach of Wydad AC, discussed the team's preparations for their upcoming match against Azam in the sixth round of the CAF Confederation Cup group stage, acknowledging that the match timing could present a challenge but is ultimately adaptable.

During the pre-match press conference, Benhachem stated: "2 PM is not suitable for those watching the match or those playing. It's a bit difficult, even for eating and many other things, but we have to adapt. We faced the same issue in our match against Maniema in Congo, at almost the same time. Thankfully, I believe the program we've put in place will ensure we are in good shape," added the coach of the Red Team.

Benhachem also highlighted the importance of the fans, stating: "I say it again, the most important factor in these matches is the fans who stand by us and support us. Tomorrow, we will strive to make them happy and secure qualification in first place, God willing."

Why is Wydad AC coach Amin Benhachem concerned about the match timing?

Amin Benhachem believes the 2 PM kick-off is 'not suitable for everyone,' impacting players and fans due to routines. He recalled a similar issue against Maniema, but trusts his team's preparation.

What is the significance of fan support for Wydad AC, according to Benhachem?

Amin Benhachem stressed that fans are the 'most important factor' in these matches, providing crucial support. He believes their backing is essential for Wydad AC to secure qualification in first place.
