El Yamiq Makes Dramatic Debut for Zaragoza, Scoring Opener and Own Goal in 1-1 Draw Against Eibar

Moroccan international Jawad El Yamiq established himself as the star of the Real Zaragoza vs. Eibar clash, leaving the most significant mark in the match which ended in a 1-1 draw, as part of matchday 25 of the Spanish Second Division League.

The match marked El Yamiq's debut in a Zaragoza shirt. He successfully gave his team the lead by scoring the opening goal in the 26th minute, before mistakenly scoring an own goal in the 55th minute, bringing Eibar back into the game.

With this draw, Real Zaragoza raised their tally to 23 points, placing them 21st in the standings, while Eibar reached 32 points, securing 14th place.

Despite the balanced outcome, El Yamiq captured attention in his first appearance, after receiving a red card in the 90+3rd minute.
