Fadlu Details Raja's Signings: 'Player Files Underwent Scrutiny Based on Team Needs'
David Fadlu, head coach of Raja Club Athletic, discussed the new signings made by the club during the recently concluded winter transfer window. Speaking during a press meeting held today, Thursday, Fadlu stated: "Regarding the signings, the player files we received underwent a scrutiny phase concerning the required aspects and the team's needs," emphasizing the importance of selecting players who fit the team's style and enhance its strength.
The coach added: "For example, Al-Amaloud, whom I knew even before my first tenure here, played against us multiple times and caused us problems, both with his playing style and what he does in deep areas," explaining that the objective is to strengthen the team in a balanced way across all levels.
Fadlu indicated that the signings made by the club during the winter transfer window were intended to compensate for some deficiencies in the previous squad. He said: "Thank God, we are relieved that the transfer window has closed. Now we can focus on our work and on the new players, who have also reached the same level of tactical understanding as the players who have been with us since our arrival, and even physically."
He continued: "In the last match against Renaissance Zemamra, as we saw, four new players started. We discussed in the post-match press conference how tactical flexibility in transitions and changing positions has not yet reached what we aspire to as a team, but this requires time and matches."
Fadlu affirmed that the goal of this phase is to achieve complete harmony between the old and new players, and to enhance the team's tactical performance on all fronts.
