RS Berkane Suspends Player El Morabit Pending Disciplinary Hearing Due to Repeated Violations
RS Berkane announced the suspension of its player, Mohamed El Morabit, from the squad, pending his appearance before the disciplinary council due to repeated disciplinary breaches.
The club clarified that this decision followed an extensive meeting held by the team's management, chaired by Abdelhakim Benabdellah, with first-team coach Moein Chaabani and the players. The meeting aimed to evaluate the team's results and performance after six rounds of the Professional League, as well as its participation in the CAF Champions League, and to address the reasons behind the recent defeat against Egyptian side Pyramids FC.
The meeting also focused on discussing several points related to the team's future for the current season, emphasizing the importance of discipline and collective responsibility to achieve the set objectives.
It is worth noting that RS Berkane currently sits in eighth place in the Professional League standings with 11 points, having played four fewer matches due to its continental commitments.
