CAF Champions League: Zambian Refereeing Crew to Officiate AS FAR vs JS Kabylie

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed a Zambian refereeing crew to officiate the match between AS FAR and their Algerian visitors JS Kabylie, for the fourth round of the CAF Champions League group stage.

Al Botola learned from a special source that referee Hillary Hambaba will serve as the main referee, assisted by Diana Chikotesha as first assistant referee and Thomas Kaela as second assistant referee, while Chola Chansa has been assigned as the fourth official. All officials are from Zambia.

The match is scheduled to take place on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the Olympic Stadium in the capital Rabat, kicking off at 8:00 PM (GMT+1).

Both teams are relying on high concentration on the field in a confrontation where they seek to achieve their first victory in the group stage, as they currently occupy third and fourth places, respectively, with two points each.
