
Norwegian Bodo/Glimt Stuns Manchester City in Champions League
Norwegian side Bodø/Glimt pulled off a major upset on Tuesday, defeating English visitors Manchester City 3-1 in the seventh round of the UEFA Champions League group stage.
Bodø/Glimt dealt a significant blow to City, scoring two quick goals in the 22nd and 24th minutes, both courtesy of striker Kasper Høgh. This saw Pep Guardiola's side trail 2-0 at halftime.
The Norwegian team continued their surprising performance in the second half, adding a third goal in the 58th minute through Jens Petter Høgh. Manchester City's lone goal came from Rayan Cherki in the 60th minute.
