Fulham Nearing Deal for Oscar Bobb from Manchester City
Manchester City, who recently strengthened their squad with the additions of Antoine Semenyo and Marc Guéhi, anticipate the departure of Oscar Bobb. Fulham are currently in talks with Manchester City regarding a permanent transfer for the Norwegian international, with an offer reportedly around £35 million (approximately €41 million), a development confirmed by journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Journalist Ben Jacobs stated, "Oscar Bobb could leave Manchester City this month on a permanent transfer. As revealed in December, Fulham are interested. Discussions are now progressing, as Fabrizio Romano has indicated. Borussia Dortmund also have Bobb on their radar. Manchester City prefer a sale over a loan and value Bobb in the region of £30m-£35m depending on the deal structure. It's understood Bobb has become a top priority for Fulham."
Other clubs such as Tottenham and Crystal Palace have also been linked with the player. Bobb is reportedly keen to secure regular playing time to maintain his fitness ahead of the World Cup, where he is expected to represent Norway.
