Sergio Ramos Nears Sevilla Takeover with Massive Bid
Player Sergio Ramos arrived in Seville on Thursday, accompanied by his brother René Ramos and his lawyer Julio Sen. This visit is part of negotiations aimed at acquiring the Andalusian club. Ramos is scheduled to meet with major shareholders and key figures involved in the sale process, including lawyer Alberto Pérez Solano.
Ramos is backed by a strong group of investors, who have submitted an offer estimated at €400 million to acquire the entity that includes the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán stadium, along with the club's debts.
This bid is considered the largest and most substantial offer the club has received to date. Other active options for the club's sale include a second American fund, as well as a "third way" option. Conversely, an American group that was previously interested in the deal has withdrawn.
