Adel Taarabt Travels to Portugal for ACL Surgery

Sharjah FC announced that first-team player Adel Taarabt will travel to Portugal for surgery on his knee's anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).

The club's management clarified that Taarabt is scheduled to depart for Portugal next Sunday. The operation will take place at Santa Maria Hospital in Porto, under the supervision of Professor Espregueira Mendes, a leading specialist in knee injury surgery and sports medicine.

Following the surgery, Taarabt is expected to undergo a precise rehabilitation and treatment program, adhering to medical protocols, in preparation for his return to collective training and participation with the team as soon as possible.
