Mohamed Mofid, a player for the Moroccan B national team, affirmed that the team deserves praise for the collective spirit displayed during their match against Saudi Arabia. He noted that the players were united around a single objective: to continue progressing step by step towards achieving their aspirations.

In press statements, Mofid said: "We deserve this wonderful and cohesive team. We were united by one goal, and God willing, we will advance little by little until we reach what we aspire to."

He added: "I thank my teammates who put in a great effort during difficult moments. You all witnessed how tough the match was. Praise be to God, we accomplished our task as required."

He continued: "When you are leading and the opponent presses for an equalizer, it becomes essential to maintain focus and remain defensively compact without losing our rhythm of play. We didn't want to retreat completely, but the opponent's pressure forced us to do so, and praise be to God that we finished the job as required."

The Moroccan B national team is set to face Syria next Thursday in the quarter-finals of the Arab Cup. The match will take place at Khalifa International Stadium, kicking off at 5:30 PM (GMT+1).
