Egypt Forces Draw Against Kuwait in Arab Cup Opener (1-1)

The Egyptian national team commenced its Arab Cup journey with a 1-1 draw against Kuwait on Tuesday, in their opening Group Stage match.
The match was highly competitive, with Egypt missing a penalty in the 38th minute. Kuwait then took the lead in the 64th minute through Fahad Hajri Al.
The referee issued a red card to Kuwaiti goalkeeper Saud Al-Houshan in the 83rd minute. Egypt was then awarded a penalty in the 88th minute, which Mohamed Kafsha successfully converted to level the score.
With this result, both teams earned one point from their opening fixture in Group C.
