Bouftini: 'Our Group Features Strong Teams, We'll Approach Each Match Individually'
Sofiane Bouftini, a defender for the national team, affirmed the "Lions'" readiness ahead of their match against Comoros, which is part of the first round of the Arab Cup group stage. He noted that preparations are proceeding in a positive atmosphere characterized by harmony and focus.
Bouftini stated in remarks to the Royal Moroccan Football Federation website: "Preparations are going well amidst great harmony among the players. The squad is aware of the magnitude of the responsibility placed upon them during this edition."
He continued: "Group B includes strong teams, and we will approach each match individually."
He concluded: "I hope we maintain the highest level of focus and apply the instructions of the technical staff, led by coach Tariq Sektioui, to please the fans who expect positive results from us."
The Moroccan national team will kick off its tournament campaign tomorrow, Tuesday, facing the Comoros national team starting at 1:00 PM (GMT+1).
