USM Alger's Benayad Praises Former Club Raja CA: "A Big and Beloved Team"

Algerian international Riyad Benayad, a player for USM Alger, expressed his admiration for his former club, Raja Club Athletic, stating that he continues to follow the "Green Eagles."

Speaking to the press after USM Alger's 1-0 victory over Olympique Safi in the CAF Confederation Cup, Benayad said: "Raja is a big and beloved team, and I still follow them. I wish them all the best."

When asked about a possible return to Raja, Benayad clarified: "I am still with USM Alger, and God willing, with time we will see what happens, and I will make my decision then."

Benayad previously had a successful spell with Raja Club Athletic, during which he won two titles: the Botola Pro "Inwi" and the Moroccan Throne Cup.
