Raja Agrees to Participate in CODM Meknès Tournament Next December

Raja Club Athletic has agreed to participate in the CODM Meknès tournament at the end of next December. The club is taking advantage of the lengthy break in the professional league, which is due to the national reserve team's participation in the Arab Cup, scheduled from December 1 to 18, as well as preparations related to Morocco hosting the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations finals.

Raja's decision to participate in this tournament follows an official invitation from CODM Meknès, which has decided to revive the late Aziz Daidi Tournament 32 years after its inaugural edition. Four clubs have confirmed their attendance: Raja, Maghreb Fez, Renaissance Zemamra, and the host team, CODM Meknès. The final dates for the tournament competitions are yet to be announced.

Raja's management aims to utilize this participation to ensure the squad's readiness during the league break. The team is also considering organizing an external training camp in Saudi Arabia, which would include friendly matches, pending official confirmation from the organizing bodies.
