Bounou Crowned 'Best Goalkeeper' in Saudi League for October

Moroccan international Yassine Bounou, goalkeeper for Saudi club Al-Hilal, has been awarded the 'Best Goalkeeper' prize in the Roshn Saudi League for last October. This recognition comes in appreciation of his remarkable performance and significant contribution to the team's results during that period.

The official Roshn Saudi League account announced on the "X" platform: "Al-Hilal's guardian, Yassine Bounou... the best in October," highlighting the Moroccan goalkeeper's outstanding performance in keeping clean sheets throughout the month's matches.

Bounou participated in three league matches with Al-Hilal during October, leading the team to victories over Al-Ettifaq (5-0), Al-Ittihad (2-0), and Al-Shabab (1-0).

The Moroccan goalkeeper has been considered one of the best goalkeepers in the world since joining Al-Hilal in the summer of 2023 from Spanish club Sevilla, having signed a contract with the team until 2028.
